Judgment Recovery:
Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions about How To Make A Fortune Processing Judicial Judgments

Q: Is judgment recovery really a legitimate business? A lot of programs being sold on the internet simply do not work?

A:  I agree that a lot 'business opportunities' don't work. Usually the reason is that there's no demand for the product or service being promoted. The secret to making money is finding a profitable 'niche market' and then offering the appropriate product or service to that market. Nothing more is required.

Once you've identified the niche, it's merely a matter of giving the market what it wants. In judgment recovery, the product is money...undoubtedly one of the easiest products to sell ever created.

But you must be able to deliver the product to your market. A profitable niche means nothing if you can't give it what it wants. That's why I've invested a lot of time and effort creating the course offered on this site. I truly want you to be able to make money in judgment recovery.

Q: Is the market for judgment recovery already saturated?

A: No, not at all. The theory of market saturation just doesn't exist. Markets continue to expand as does the U.S. population. As long as people continue to sue each other there will always be a huge demand for judgment recovery. The key to success is being good at what you do. If you are, there will always be plenty of business for you.

To verify if you do have competition in your area, I suggest that check the local Yellow Pages and look under the 'Collection Agency' section.

Q: What exactly will I be doing as a judgment recovery consultant?

A: Here's a brief outline of what you'll be doing. For more detailed examples please visit the home page.

  1. You will contact judgment holders and offer to recover their uncollected judgments.

  2. Once the judgment holder agrees, they will then assign the judgment to you. Having the judgment assigned to you gives you the right to legally enforce the award.

  3. You then locate the debtor and his or her assets and garnish the assets to satisfy the judgment.

  4. Once you begin receiving the proceeds from enforcing the judgment, you deduct your percentage of the money (usually 50%) and you pay your client their share.

  5. Once the judgment is paid satisfactorily, you file a Notice Of Satisfaction with the court.

Q: What is the difference between your course and others I have seen?

A: This is a question I receive all the time. Honestly, I can't comment on the other courses available. I have not read the other courses and to make comparisons or negative remarks about them I feel would be unethical.

With that said, I can say that it's highly unlikely that you'll find a course more complete than the one I offer. It's over 400 pages and contains my 19 years experience collecting judgments. I venture to say that I've been in the industry longer that anyone else selling similar courses. The course is applicable for beginners and advanced judgment recovery collectors.

Plus at only $139.97, the cost of my course is considerably less that most other courses being sold on the internet.

Q: How long does it take before I start making money?

A: It really depends on how much time you have to devote to your business and how motivated you are. Judgment recovery is not get-rich-quick. That just doesn't happen in business.

On average you're looking at 60 to 90 days if you're working at least 4 to 5 hours a day. The most important thing, especially in the beginning, is to follow the guidelines specified in the course.

The course is basically a formula or recipe so to speak. Just like baking a cake, if you follow the recipe in the course you will get consistent results. Follow the instructions closely and you will see income within 60 to 90 days. However, if you deviate from the plan, your success rate will diminish.

Q: Realistically, how much money can you really earn in judgment recovery?

A: I can't predict how much you'll earn. I don't know you are your motivation levels. To make a claim that you'll make $150,000 your first year would be pure hype. However, I do know people personally who've used my course and are making $6,000 to $7,000 per month. These are people who have a strong desire to succeed and are willing to follow the course materials closely.

Once again, judgment recovery is no more a get rich quick business than say real estate investing. Yes, there are huge profits to be made in judgment recovery. But like anything else worthwhile, it does take effort and a clear concise plan. The plan is in the form of the course I offer. The rest is up to you.

Q: Is the income in judgment recovery consistent?

A: If you're consistently working to build your business and you follow the guidelines in the course you will make consistent income. The key is to study the course diligently and then focus and concentrate on your business daily.

Q: What does your program include?

A: The program consists of a 414 page training manual. You'll receive information explaining how to establish your business, get clients, locate judgment debtor's, locate their assets and garnish the assets.

Everything in the course has been proven to work and is laid out in a straight forward manner. Plus the course contains the specific code of procedures for the entire United States. All the necessary court forms and documents.

Q: If I have questions, can I contact you for support?

A: Definitely! The number to call is 661-533-1963 and you can email me or my staff at legalrevenueservice@att.net. We're always glad to answer your questions.

Q: Do I need any special licenses to pursue this business?

A: In most states a license is not necessary. However I do suggest that you check with your local licensing board. You can usually find them in your local city or county offices.

Keep in mind though that you are not a collection agency. Following the procedures outlined in the course, you will become the owner of the judgment and a collection agency license is not required.

Q: Do I need any degrees, experience in collections or legal background to pursue this opportunity?

A: First, let me say this. Advanced college degrees, prior collection experience, and legal backgrounds are totally unnecessary. Judgment recovery isn't rocket science. Yes, I do have an MBA and I worked in collections prior to staring my own company, but the degree isn't what helped me collect judgments.

The main thing you need is a strong desire to succeed. If you like to do research both online and offline and you're persistent, you'll do very well in judgment recovery.

Q: Will I have to make threatening phone calls or confront the people I am trying to collect from?

A: Not at all. The procedures are non-confrontational. You never have to meet the debtor face to face.

Q: Am I restricted to only one area?

A: No! You can work this business anywhere, from small towns to large cities anywhere in the United States.

Q: Are there any other forms of debt I can process besides judicial judgments?

A: Yes. We also offer a program to teach you how to collect court ordered child support and another course on debt arbitration. As a purchaser of this course you can obtain either of these 2 courses at 50% off the regular price. Just give our office a call if you would like more information.
