During the past 18 years Legal Revenue Service has collected judgments ranging from $1,000 to $750,000.

CHOOSING A BUSINESS NAME

One of the first things you will want to do in setting up your Judgment Recovery business is to choose a business name. As a professional judgment processor, you are an independent contractor and an assumed business name would sound more professional.

Here is a suggestion worth the price you paid for this manual. I cannot emphasize its importance enough. Select a name that sounds and appears like a law firm or collection agency.

For example, (my business name) Legal Revenue Service, is an assumed business name and is registered in the state of California. Other examples would be: Banks, Bailey and Cross; Smith, Johnson & Wesson; Bush, Reagan, Quayle. You get the idea. Keep it simple and easy to remember. The advantages are numerous........
